Take Northside Supply Co. It buys for itself, and for two other stores, Lakeview Cannabis and Pine Street Dispensary. All of those invoices sit on Northside's account. So every reminder goes to one person at Northside, who doesn't pay the other stores' bills.

Look at the Bill To line, the spot that says who the bill is for. When it names a different store, ShelfSpace notices.

Open the page for this customer, and a card says so: four invoices name another store. Nothing changes until you click Review stores.

Step one shows each store it found, with the invoices that would move to it. Lakeview has one, for four thousand eight hundred sixty dollars.

The other Lakeview invoice is already paid, so it can't move. And an invoice that names no other store stays on Northside's own account.

Sometimes one store is written two ways, like Pine Street Dispensary, with and without LLC. Pick Same store as, and they share one account.

Step two shows what moves, in dollars. Three invoices, worth nine thousand three hundred sixty dollars, move to two new store accounts. That's those three, added up. Nothing gets sent to any store. Then click Turn on store accounts.

Step three is contacts. A new store account starts with no contact, and no contact means no reminders. Add the email of whoever pays that store's bills, now or later.

Back on the page for Northside, a card lists each store account, with what it owes and its sales rep. Lakeview has a contact now. Pine Street still needs one.

Later, a new invoice might name a store but still land on Northside's account. It shows up here. One click moves it to Lakeview, and Lakeview's balance goes up by that amount. For a store you haven't seen before, click Give it its own store account.

Changed your mind? Choose Turn off from the menu on that card. You see the list first, then every invoice goes back on Northside's account.

Every store gets its own account, and its own reminders.
