The Problem

An email is easy to ignore. A call isn’t.

Most stores aren’t refusing to pay. They just need someone to ask. But nobody on your team has time to call every store, every week.

Reminders sit unopened

The fourth “still past due” email looks just like the first three. A busy buyer puts it off again.

Calling eats the week

Finding the right number, getting the right person, reading out invoice numbers. Multiply by every store that owes you.

“Friday” never gets written down

A promise made on the phone lives in one person’s head. When Friday passes, nobody notices.

How it works

One box to tick. A date and a way to pay comes back.

01

Tick one box

When you send a store its invoices, tick Call this account too and pick the number to call. Never on unless you turn it on.

02

It calls the store

From your business number. It says up front it’s automated and recorded, finds the person who pays the bills, and walks through what’s owed.

03

It gets a commitment

An exact date, and how they’ll pay: check, ACH, wire, cash on delivery, or the pay link. Missing invoices get re-sent on the spot.

04

You confirm it

The promise lands in your account. Click Confirm and the reminder emails pause until that date. Nothing changes until you do.

On the Call

It handles the conversation you’d have.

Re-sends the invoices

“I never got that one” gets the invoices and the pay link re-sent to the billing email on file, while they’re still on the line.

Takes a promise to pay

An exact date and a payment method, never a vague “soon.” It reads the promise back before it hangs up.

Logs a dispute

If the store disagrees with an invoice, it writes down why and passes it to you instead of arguing.

Takes a better contact

Wrong person? It asks who handles the bills and passes the new name and number to you.

Stops when asked

Ask it to stop calling and it stops, right then. Invoices keep going out by email.

Reports back

The result shows on the invoice’s activity and in your notifications, so anyone on your team can see what was said.

Preview Call

Hear it on your own phone before any store does.

Next to Preview email on each store’s card, Preview call rings your phone with that store’s real invoices, in the same voice, from the same number. Nothing gets saved. Not ready to pick a store? Try a sample call uses made-up invoices.

You know exactly what your stores will hear, word for word, before you turn it on.

Polite by Design

Persistent about the money. Never pushy.

Always upfront

Every call says, in its first sentence, that it’s an automated assistant and the call is recorded. It never pretends to be a person.

Never asks for payment details

No bank or card numbers over the phone. Payment goes through the pay link, by email.

Calls at reasonable times

Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm in the store’s local time, skipping holidays. At most one round of calls per store a week.
