One Store, Several Reps

Some stores buy from more than one of your sales reps. Here's how to put the right rep on each invoice, so every rep follows up on their own sales.

Each store you sell to has one sales rep on file. But some stores, like a processor that turns your product into its own, buy from several of your reps. Until now, all of their invoices landed on that one rep.

Open the store, and each invoice now has its own rep. Right now they all follow the store's rep, Avery Lin.

To change one, open its rep menu and pick the rep who made that sale.

Pick Jordan Reyes, and it saves right away.

The tag, On this invoice, shows it was set by hand. The other invoices still follow the store's rep.

Now this invoice is Jordan's. It shows under her name in the rep filter and in her own view. It's on her Monday collections email, and she's copied when it's emailed to the store.

Got a whole batch? Click Set reps and check the invoices you want.

The bar up top counts your picks and stays in view as you scroll. Pick one rep there, and they all change at once.

To undo it, open the menu and choose Account default. The invoice goes back to the store's rep.

And if you later change the store's rep, the invoices you set by hand stay with the rep you picked.
