Straight answers

Do my reps need a ShelfSpace login?

No. Everything a rep needs comes to their email: their accounts, what's late, and one-tap buttons to text or email each store its pay link.

How often do reps get the summary?

Weekly on Mondays by default. You can switch it to Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or to every weekday.

Can two reps cover the same store?

Yes. You pick the rep on each invoice, and each rep sees only the invoices that are theirs.

What does the store see when a rep texts them?

A short note in your brand's name with the invoice number, amount and due date, plus a secure pay link. The link opens without a login and they pay in one click.

What happens when a store replies?

Your AR assistant answers in your name and copies the rep, so nobody is out of the loop.
