How do credit memos work?

Either party can issue a credit memo through the platform for returns, pricing corrections, promotional adjustments, or special circumstances. The other party reviews and approves it, and the credit can be applied to the next settlement or settled independently. Everything is tracked with a full audit trail.

How do I add a new vendor to the platform?

Just enter their email address. The vendor receives an invitation to create their own portal account — no paperwork, no bank details needed upfront. Once they sign up, they can start receiving payments immediately.
