Every store they cover, what's late, and one-tap follow-ups
Every rep gets a login of their own. It shows only the stores assigned to them, and never another rep's customers.
Two numbers sit at the top. Owed to you is everything those stores haven't paid yet. Late is the part that's past its due date. Here, that's sixty-six thousand dollars, across ten invoices.
Tap Late, and the list drops to just those ten invoices, with the most overdue on top.
Each card shows the store, the amount, and how many days late it is. This Opens tag means someone at Hollowbrook opened the email, so they've seen the bill.
Walking into a store? Type its name, and only that store's invoices are left.
Tap any invoice, and every follow-up is one tap away.
Send a reminder email with a pay link, or share that link in a text, so the buyer can pay right there.
Call with AI has our assistant phone the store about the bill, so you don't have to.
Handed a check in person? Tap Mark as paid, so nobody chases a bill that's already been paid.
Now say the buyer promises to pay on Friday. Log a promise to pay. Pick the day, and how they told you. The automatic reminders pause until then. And if the money doesn't come, it gets flagged so a person follows up.
The card now says it's on hold, promised by Friday. Anyone who opens it knows the plan.
Reps see only their own stores, and they can't write off or delete anything. Every follow-up, right in their pocket.
