What Nabis is
Nabis describes itself as "the #1 licensed cannabis wholesaling platform," distributing brands across California, New York and Nevada (Nabis). It handles the logistics and wholesale side for brands, and retailers can pay outstanding invoices through its BillPay.
Its financing product, Nabis Capital, is invoice factoring: Nabis buys the invoice and pays the brand early. Nabis says it "is responsible for collecting the payment from the dispensary when due" (Nabis Capital), and its blog says it pays the invoice value to the brand "within 1 business day" (Nabis blog, 05/13/2026).
Nabis publishes example factoring fees of 2.5% to 15% of the invoice, depending on the retailer's credit rating, and says rates can be as low as 1.5%, as of October 2025 (Nabis Capital).
