What LeafLink is
LeafLink describes itself as "The Cannabis Wholesale Marketplace Built for the Entire Supply Chain," available in 30 markets (LeafLink). Brands and distributors list products, and retailers place orders there.
For payments, LeafLink announced its Payment Suite, "PoST + Direct Pay, now included in your subscription" (LeafLink, 04/25/2025). PoST means paid on sell-through. The same post says Direct Pay lets you accept ACH payments through LeafLink "with no processing fees." Retailers get three options: pay now, pay later or pay on sell-through (LeafLink for retailers), and brands can track orders and payment status in one place (LeafLink for brands). QuickBooks is listed among its accounting integrations (LeafLink integrations).
What ShelfSpace is
ShelfSpace is collections software for cannabis brands, run for you: invoices go out in your name, past-due stores get reminder emails on a schedule and an AI phone call once an invoice is badly late, and stores pay from a link. It works on every open invoice you have, not only marketplace orders: we import them from QuickBooks and follow up with reminders, phone calls, payment plans and final notices until the store pays.

Where LeafLink fits better
If you sell through LeafLink's marketplace and want ordering, payment and sell-through payouts in the same place as the order, LeafLink is built for that. ShelfSpace is not a marketplace and won't bring you new buyers.
Where ShelfSpace fits better
A payment option only helps if the store uses it. When an invoice is past due, someone has to remind the store, call the buyer, agree a date or set up a plan, every week, until it is paid. ShelfSpace does that for you, across every invoice, including orders that never touched a marketplace.
